Pneumatic Butterfly-Valve

The pneumatic butterfly valve is suitable for project applications where automatic ON/OFF is realized through closure control services.

The square driver that has the extremely tight fitness between the stem and flap provides accurate and repeatable closure and control.
The bonded column seal with spring is the strongest structural method, providing consistent operating torque, maximum cycle life, and higher flow control, and avoiding possible extrusion and tearing for a non-bonded seal design.
The bonded cartridge seal is easy to disassemble and replace.
The disc is made from a spherical disc by precision machining of the edges, providing a long cycle life and consistent torque.
The top and bottom stems have blowout protection that also prevents the disc from being lifted or pushed during actuator installation or removal.

The combination of the patented seat design, sealing technology and other functions makes our butterfly valve tighter, lighter and more durable.
